INFORMATION
- In Stillness, We Create : Tucked inside a small, quiet studio, I work best in simplicity — just you and me, no distractions. One-on-one sessions allow space for trust, for presence, for art to unfold without noise. It’s here, in this gentle stillness, that the real moments appear — honest, unhurried, and true.
- Relax and Warm Up: It’s totally normal to take some time to get comfortable. I'll guide in the technical aspects, but your unique expression will shape the final image.
- How You Show Up Matters: Your energy during a headshot or portrait session can really shape how the final images feel. You don’t need to "perform”,just come as you are. Feel free to try out different expressions or subtle shifts in posture. Sometimes the smallest change can say a lot and really capture your personality.
- Clothing Choices: You have the freedom to bring a variety of outfits. Neutral tones can work, but there’s also room for bold choices that reflect your personality.
- Keep It Simple with Hair/Makeup: Headshots don’t typically require heavy makeup or elaborate hairstyles, so go with what feels natural and authentic for you.
- Trust the process and enjoy the music: It’s a collaboration, so trust my guidance and the process. Music will help set the mood and ease any nerves.
• Pauses Are Part of the Process: During the session, there may be short pauses to change outfits, adjust lighting, or fine-tune the setup. These breaks are natural and necessary.
They give us both a moment to breathe, reset, and create with intention. Your patience is appreciated as we shape each scene with care.
